SEN: The Sustainability Educators Network
In the next few months, JSE expects to initiate a focused online social network (the Sustainability Education Network–SEN) that originates from the journal home page. The SEN will organize participants into groups according to areas of interest, thereby developing an international community to develop, research, and practice new technologies in sustainability education.
The SEN will also foster the pre-publication process by creating a space for enabling discoveries and fomenting collaborative idea development. We envision an interactive, multi-user wiki-type space where members of the SEN can informally post their most nascent ideas. This platform would also include concept-mapping spaces and infinite canvases where ideas could be developed using graphics and images, as well as text.
