Ellen England is an Assistant Professor at the University of Central Arkansas and a consultant for ISN Software. She holds a certification in industrial hygiene and a certification in safety. She taught sustainable building design techniques for four years and served in the US Air Force for 21 years. MORE
Summer E. Bartczak is currently an Assistant Professor of Management Information Systems (MIS) at the University of Central Arkansas where she teaches business statistics and a variety of information systems-related classes. Prior to coming to UCA, Dr. Bartczak retired as an U.S. Air Force Lieutenant Colonel after spending 20+ years in the service working in the areas of information management and communications-computer systems. She is a U.S. Air Force Academy graduate(1986)and completed her PhD program in MIS at Auburn University(2002). She has published in journals such as Knowledge Management Research and Practice, International Journal of Knowledge Management, and Journal of Knowledge Practice. Her research interests include information and knowledge management strategy, information and knowledge system implementation, and, more recently, green IT/IS. MORE
