The Journal of Sustainability Education (JSE) serves as a forum for academics and practitioners to share, critique, and promote research, practices, and initiatives that foster the integration of economic, ecological, and social-cultural dimensions of sustainability within formal and non-formal educational contexts.
Iva Moss Redman is an enrolled member of the Northern Arapaho Tribe and math teacher at Arapahoe Middle School. Her education research and practice involves culturally responsive math education, revitalization of Arapaho language, and support of Arapaho culture in both formal and informal education programs. Mike Redman is an enrolled member of the Northern Arapaho Tribe from the Wind River Reservation. He currently teaches Arapaho language and history at St. Stephen’s Indian High School where he supports Tribal youth by using their heritage to connect to the academics they face in a school setting. Teresa Cavazos Cohn is a cultural geographer and Assistant Research Professor of Science Communication at the University of Idaho’s McCall Outdoor Science School. Her research focuses on Tribal water geographies and culturally responsive STEM education. MORE
